Job Specification


1. Minimum education of D4/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry as a team leader.

3. Knowledge of F&B production processes, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.

4. Master production management, planning, and process control.

5. Ability to read, interpret production data, and analyze problems.

6. Willing to work in a shift (work hour) system.

Job Description


1. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production plan according to the target given.

2. Ensure Production process is according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Quality Standard, and Quantity Standard.

3. Supervise parameter process, use of machine, and man power efficiency.

4. Ensure the application of GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.

5. Lead,guide, and grow production team.

6. Make daily report, analyze downtimes,efficiency, and raw material usage.
