Job Specification


1. Minimum education of D4/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related major.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), preferably in the manufacturing/F&B industry.

3. Knowledge of OHS regulations, Labor Law, workplace standards, and industrial waste management.

4. Possessing a General OHS/AK3 Umum certification is an advantage.

5. Able to conduct hazard identification, risk analysis, and implementation of preventive actions.

6. Possess knowledge of workplace first aid (P3K) systems.

7. Communicative, able to provide OHS & First Aid training to employees.

8. Willing to conduct routine inspections, audits, and collaborate across departments.

Job Description


1. Develop, implement, and supervise OHS programs in the workplace.

2. Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and develop control plans.

3. Carry out safety inspections, internal audits, and ensure compliance with OHS and environmental regulations.

4. Provide regular OHS and First Aid training to employees.

5. Prepare workplace accident reports, conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up corrective actions.

6. Manage the First Aid system, including the availability of first aid kits, medicines, and the readiness of the emergency response team.

7. Supervise waste management (solid, liquid, hazardous materials) in accordance with environmental standards and government regulations.

8. Coordinate with management and relevant authorities regarding OHS, environmental, and emergency response programs.

9. Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and OHS facilities in the workplace.
